Our company has an extensive infrastructure consisting of administrative and management staff, from operational departments (sales department, warehouses, mini warehouses, garage) and support services. Today the sales department provides complex distribution in Dushanbe city and regions of republican subordination (Rudaki, Vahdat, Gissar). Besides, we have our branches in all regional centers of the republic, the largest in the north of the republic is a branch in Khujand city in Sughd region, in the south it is a branch in Khatlon region located in Bokhtar city, which also supervises the regional center of Kulyab city. We also have a branch in the city of Tursunzade.
We work in all market segments, wholesale, retail, Category A (supermarkets, hypermarkets) and HoReCa. In order to meet the needs of our customers we apply a number of service methods for different sectors:
– For retail customers, we use PRI-selling (advance order including delivery).
– With wholesalers we use the OSDO-system (organization of a mini-warehouse in a big market from which sales agents make sales), which facilitates more convenient and profitable work with wholesale customers;
